Guidelines for Table Sponsors

  • Decorations should provide attendees with an unobstructed view of their table mates and of the evening’s events.
    • No decorations taller than 18 inches.
    • Large cardboard cutouts that substantially block attendees’ view are not permitted
  • Each table will have a “Sponsored by” card.
    • Sponsor information should be emailed to the event coordinator
      • The logo file you provide will be printed in black on the card. High-resolution files are preferred.
      • The kennel/business/group name will be printed on the card. Length/character limitations apply, and may change from year to year based on the size of that year’s table cards.
  • Decorations should follow the event theme, as indicated on the Event Info page.
    • Table sponsors will have access to the banquet venue one our before it opens to attendees, in order to decorate
    • Decorations may not incorporate advertisement for businesses or other events. Such items may be removed from the table by the event coordinator
    • Tables will seat 6-8 guests for dinner. When decorating:
      • Limited decorations to the center of the table, leaving the outer edges for place settings.
      • Some allowance should be made in the center to leave room for such things water decanters and other shared table items.
    • Banquet attendees will vote for the best table decoration.
  • If you are unable to attend the banquet:
    • Please designate a representative to oversee your decorations and accept your prize, if your table should win.
    • Decorations may be shipped to an event representative for placement.
      • Plan to ship your decorations so that they arrive at least ten days prior to the event. this allows for delays and verification of receipt.
      • Contact the event coordinator for instructions.
  • With few exceptions, banquet seating is open and unassigned. Sponsoring groups are not guaranteed a seat at the table bearing their sponsorship card.
