The Journee du Beauceron (Day of the Beauceron) is fashioned after the French event, and the American Beauceron Club historically invites French judges for the event. “The Journee” includes (optionally) The Journee Temperament Test, a unique and thorough look at the temperament of the dog as it relates to breed standards.

Information For Travellers
This information is provided by members to assist and support fellow competitors, and does not constitute an endorsement by ABC.
Kyle Robinson of Jack’s Travel Professionals has demonstrated the ability to assist with travel plans for some of our members. She understands the considerations of flying with a big dog, and looks for direct flights that will accept a beauceron-sized crate.

Behind the Scenes
Reservation/purchase costs for meals and merchandise fund only the direct costs of those items. While volunteers donate endless hours of labor and supplies to this effort, event venues, travel costs to bring Journee judges from France, and the many operational costs involved in running a show require cash funding.
